Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or view invoices at any time from your billing settings.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
You retain access to all Obsidian features until your current period ends.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available — but you can always cancel to prevent future charges.

Refunds for yearly subscriptions are prorated if requested after the 7-day window but within the first 30 days.
