Welcome to nyx! Our community is built on the principles of respect, inclusivity, and positive engagement. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, we have established the following guidelines. By using nyx, you agree to abide by these rules.

  • Do not engage in any harmful activities, including but not limited to cyberbullying, harassment, or the spread of malicious content.

3. Protect Privacy

  • Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details, without explicit consent.
  • Refrain from posting content that invades someone's privacy, including unauthorized photos or videos.

4. No Spam or Misleading Content

  • Avoid spamming, including excessive self-promotion or the posting of irrelevant content.
  • Do not spread misinformation or engage in any deceptive practices that may mislead other community members.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Do not post content that you do not have the right to share, and give proper credit to the original creators.

6. Keep it Legal

  • Do not engage in any illegal activities on nyx.
  • Do not promote or share content that violates local, national, or international laws.

7. Report Violations

  • If you come across content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to the nyx moderation team promptly at [email protected].

8. Age Restrictions

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to have an account on nyx. We utilize a “RESTRICTED TO ADULTS” (RTA) header, an industry-standard measure recognized by parental control software and content filtering systems, to prevent underage users from registering or logging in. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • We reserve the right to remove or block any account if we have reason to believe a user is not of legal age.

  • Adhere to any additional policies or terms of service outlined by nyx. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
